Grace Bird

Grace graduated from the Acting BA Hons. course at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance in 2012, Grace has proceeded to work as an actor and singer on stage and screen as well as a performing arts tutor.

She has toured the country in The Young Shakespeare Company's production of 'Macbeth', educating and entertaining primary schools with one of Shakespeare's greatest and bloodiest tales. Grace also enjoyed a Christmas season at Luton Library Theatre as Rapunzel, with Full House Theatre. The show was full of singing, dancing, puppetry and stilt-walking, so there were always new skills to be learnt. Grace has worked in commercials and will be seen in a video game coming out next year. Most frequently, she sings in and around London at La La Piano Bar events, accompanied by one of the Four Poofs and a Piano, who featured on Jonathan Ross' BBC programme.

Grace taught singing at a Children in Need funded centre in Slade Green, with children between the ages of 10 and 18. She has also worked around the country leading Shakespeare workshops for The Young Shakespeare Company for children aged 5 and upwards.

Grace thinks that the children at PSSA are a delight (most of the time!) and loves seeing the students' hard work come to life at show time!
