THEATRE SUPERVISION

Students are supervised and chaperoned by teachers, assistants and  at all times in the theatre.

We would be very grateful if any LSA parents would like to assist backstage during ACT I of the shows. Please let us know if you can help – there is only space for 2 parents per show so we will arrange a rota once we know availability.

WHAT TO BRING:

PSSA Girls’ Hair Kit - containing hair bands, lots of grip and bands, hairbrush, hairspray

PSSA Girls’ Makeup Kit – foundation, blusher, red lipstick and lip pencil, mascara and black eyeliner, face wipes

PSSA Boys’ – hair product, comb.

COSTUMES are provided by PSSA at no extra cost. There are a few basic items you need to bring - please see Costume Requirement sheet. Amelia will be at classes on Saturday 7th and Saturday 14th February fitting everyone with their costumes. Please bring your Workhouse Boy outfit and shoes along on these dates to be checked and customized. We have lots of spare items in our Wardrobe Storage and will do everything we can to beg/borrow shoes to avoid anyone spending unnecessary money but please contact us with any questions ASAP.

SNACKS: As we approach the show, rehearsals are longer but there is ample break time to refuel. Please ensure students always have lots of healthy snacks, water and juice to keep our performers healthy and strong!

Show time really is the highlight of our school calendar and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do. We know there is a lot to take in for new parents and students so please don’t be scared to ask lots of questions.

We’re happy to help!
