Offering our students the invaluable experience of life in a theatre
Every summer each PSSA Academy produces full-scale musical shows in a local theatre with lighting, costumes and microphones. From auditioning for principal roles, working with Musical Directors, Choreographers and Directors, to creating and rehearsing the show, working as a team, developing technical skills and knowledge of a working theatre, in addition to taking ownership of their own unique roles within a musical, PSSA’s Show Term certainly encourages huge development in confidence and stage skills. We love nothing more than seeing every student step into their spotlight and enjoying their chance to shine.
