The PSSA Project
Five days of affordable, elite performing arts training leading to a professionally staged production.
WHAT IS THE PSSA PROJECT?
The PSSA Project is designed to offer affordable performing arts Summer courses which are 60% funded by crowdfunding and grants. The project will allow children to reap the benefits of elite performing arts training at a fraction of the cost. The course will be open to 75 students will be inspired and entertained during the long Summer holidays, offering expert performing arts training and a chance to shine on the big stage.
Students will be selected from an Audition Workshop. During the workshop children will take part in a 1.5 hours of singing, acting and dancing. No previous experience necessary – we are so,ply looking for children who want to work hard, learn new skills and will benefit from the course
The lucky seventy five students selected for The PSSA Project will be split into three age groups to rotate around five days of singing, acting, dancing, musical theatre, performance and costume/set design. On the Saturday students head to a local theatre to put all their hard work together in 2 staged productions.
